Common questions

I can't find an aspect / planet / detail in the app

The Android app currently ships with the ten classical bodies (Sun through Pluto) plus the Lunar Nodes and Chiron. Asteroids, Arabic parts, and progressed charts are on the roadmap. Tell us which ones matter most to you.

My birth time isn't on my certificate. What now?

Skip the time field. The chart still works — we'll show which parts (Ascendant, Midheaven, houses) become approximate, and present them differently from the parts that are certain.

I want to migrate from another astrology app

We're working on import for Astrolog, AstroSeek, and Co-Star data formats. If you have a chart you'd like to bring over today, email us — we can do it manually.

Cancel my subscription

Subscriptions live on the store side. Google Play app → menu → Subscriptions → AstroGuide → Cancel. Cancelling there immediately stops auto-renewal; the premium tier stays active until the end of the period you already paid for.

How do I delete my account?

See Account deletion. It takes us under thirty days; usually under forty-eight hours.
