You can leave at any time. We'll take less than thirty days to be gone from our servers, and we don't keep "just-in-case" backups of your personal data.
The fastest way: from inside the app
Open AstroGuide → Settings → About → Delete account. Confirm twice. That's it. Your chart, journal entries, and account email vanish from your device and from our servers within thirty days.
If you've already uninstalled
If the app is gone from your phone and you still want your cloud data deleted, fill the form below. We'll match it to your account by email, delete everything, and write to confirm.
What gets deleted
- Your name, birth data, and any aliases.
- Your account email and login credentials.
- Every journal entry and synastry partner you saved.
- Your full natal chart and any cached forecasts.
- Your subscription record (cancellation is handled by the store separately — see below).
What can't be deleted from here
- Anonymized analytics — page views on this website, with no link to you. Already aggregated; nothing to delete on your end.
- Subscription billing records at Google Play — those live on the store side. To cancel an active subscription, do it through Google Play's Subscriptions screen. Deleting your AstroGuide account doesn't auto-cancel a Play subscription.
- Legal records we are required to keep — payment confirmations are kept for tax-law-mandated periods (usually 7 years), anonymized.
Timeline
From the moment we receive the request: within thirty days, usually within forty-eight hours. We'll send a confirmation email. If you change your mind in that window, write back — we can stop the deletion as long as it hasn't yet completed.
If you're deleting because something went wrong, we'd love to hear about it. Reach support@astroguides.app directly.
