These are the terms of using AstroGuide. They are written like a letter rather than a wall. They are still the legally operative document; if any part of them is unclear, write to us.
The agreement
By installing or using AstroGuide, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not install or use the app. The agreement is between you and AstroGuide Ltd. ("we", "us").
How you can use it
AstroGuide is for personal, non-commercial reflection. You may:
- Use the app on your own devices.
- Share screenshots and quotes from your own readings.
- Cancel anytime — see Account deletion.
You may not:
- Scrape, reverse-engineer, or republish the app's content as if it were your own astrology service.
- Use AstroGuide to provide professional astrological, medical, financial, or legal advice to third parties.
- Pretend AstroGuide's outputs are predictions of future events.
Subscriptions
AstroGuide has a real free tier — daily horoscope, full natal chart, basic moon ritual, sun-sign synastry. The optional premium plan adds longer forecasts, detailed synastry, and the full tarot oracle.
Subscriptions are billed through Google Play at the price shown in-app at the time of purchase. They auto-renew until you cancel through the store. We don't charge separately. We don't gate features mid-subscription — what was included on the day you subscribed stays included until you choose to leave.
Refunds are handled by the store you subscribed through, under their refund policy. We are happy to help advocate on your behalf if you contact us directly.
Your content
Your journal entries, your written reflections, and your saved synastry charts belong to you. We never claim ownership of anything you write inside AstroGuide. We don't train models on your content.
What we can't promise
AstroGuide is provided "as is". We make these specific honest disclaimers:
- The app is entertainment, not predictive science.
- It is not a substitute for medical, mental-health, financial, or legal advice. Please talk to a real human professional for those.
- We don't guarantee the app will be available without interruption, or free of bugs.
- We are not liable for decisions made on the basis of a chart, forecast, or tarot reading. See Disclaimer.
Endings
You can end this agreement at any time by deleting the app and your account. We can end it if you materially violate these terms, but we'll write to you first whenever practical.
If we ever discontinue AstroGuide entirely, we'll give at least 60 days' notice in-app and provide an export of all your data.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere, mandatory local consumer protections still apply. Disputes will first be addressed at support@astroguides.app before any court.
Updated when needed. We'll show the new effective date here and ask for fresh consent if changes are material.
