These are the terms of using AstroGuide. They are written like a letter rather than a wall. They are still the legally operative document; if any part of them is unclear, write to us.
The agreement
AstroGuide is intended only for adults aged 18 or older. By installing or using AstroGuide, you confirm that you are at least 18 and agree to these terms. If you are under 18 or do not agree, do not install or use the app. The agreement is between you and Aurelia Labs LLC ("we", "us").
License
The license to use AstroGuide is governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA). These Terms add service-specific terms, such as subscriptions and AI processing, and do not change the license granted by Apple's Standard EULA.
How you can use it
AstroGuide is for personal, non-commercial reflection. You may:
- Use the app on devices you own or control.
- Share screenshots and quotes from your own readings.
- Cancel a subscription at any time in your Apple ID account settings. Deleting your AstroGuide account is a separate action and does not cancel the subscription.
You may not:
- Scrape, reverse-engineer, or republish the app's content as if it were your own astrology service.
- Use AstroGuide to provide professional astrological, medical, financial, or legal advice to third parties.
- Pretend AstroGuide's outputs are predictions of future events.
Subscriptions
AstroGuide has a free version with a limited number of daily forecasts; Premium removes that limit. AstroGuide Premium is an auto-renewable subscription, available as a monthly or a yearly plan. Premium unlocks the daily tarot card and spread, weekly, monthly, and yearly forecasts, the email digest, and the full oracle, as described in the app.
The price of each plan, its billing period, and its renewal terms are shown in the app before you confirm a purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID account settings, or at apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions. Use "Restore purchases" in the app to restore a purchase on a new device.
Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple under its policies. You can request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com. Features may evolve as the service changes; any material change is handled in accordance with applicable consumer law.
Your content
Your journal entries and written reflections remain yours and stay on your device; we do not receive them. For the features you request, we process the information you submit, such as your birth data, name, and questions. That processing is described in the Privacy Policy and the AI Disclosure.
What we can't promise
AstroGuide is provided "as is". We make these specific honest disclaimers:
- The app is entertainment, not predictive science.
- It is not a substitute for medical, mental-health, financial, or legal advice. Please talk to a real human professional for those.
- We don't guarantee the app will be available without interruption, or free of bugs.
- We are not liable for decisions made on the basis of a chart, forecast, or tarot reading. See Disclaimer.
Endings
You can end this agreement at any time by deleting your account in the app (Settings → Delete account) and uninstalling the app. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, or a material violation of these terms. Deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription; cancel it in your Apple ID account settings.
If AstroGuide is discontinued, we will follow applicable notice, access, and refund obligations. We do not currently offer an in-app export of server-side data; journal entries can be exported from the Journal screen.
Governing law
The developer is Aurelia Labs LLC, 30 N Gould St, Sheridan, WY 82801-6317, United States. Applicable law and mandatory consumer protections continue to apply based on your location. You may contact us through the support form or at admin@aurelialabs.io first, but doing so does not limit any right or remedy available to you.
Updated when needed. We'll show the new effective date here. If a change is material, we'll ask you to accept it again.
