These are the terms of using AstroGuide. They are written like a letter rather than a wall. They are still the legally operative document; if any part of them is unclear, write to us.
The agreement
AstroGuide is intended only for adults aged 18 or older. By installing or using AstroGuide, you confirm that you are at least 18 and agree to these terms. If you are under 18 or do not agree, do not install or use the app. The agreement is between you and Aurelia Labs LLC ("we", "us").
How you can use it
AstroGuide is for personal, non-commercial reflection. You may:
- Use the app on your own devices.
- Share screenshots and quotes from your own readings.
- Cancel a recurring subscription at any time in AstroGuide Settings or Google Play Subscriptions. Account deletion is a separate action.
You may not:
- Scrape, reverse-engineer, or republish the app's content as if it were your own astrology service.
- Use AstroGuide to provide professional astrological, medical, financial, or legal advice to third parties.
- Pretend AstroGuide's outputs are predictions of future events.
Subscriptions
AstroGuide has a real free tier — daily horoscope, full natal chart, basic moon ritual, sun-sign synastry. The optional premium plan adds longer forecasts, detailed synastry, and the full tarot oracle.
Subscriptions are billed through Google Play at the localized price, billing period, trial terms (if any), and renewal terms shown in-app before purchase. Recurring plans auto-renew until canceled through Google Play. AstroGuide does not process a separate payment.
Features may evolve as the service changes. Active paid access and any material change are handled in accordance with the purchase terms and applicable consumer law. Refund requests are handled by Google Play under its refund policy; support can help you locate the relevant store controls.
Your content
Your journal entries, written reflections, and saved partner details remain yours. You give us only the limited permission needed to process information you submit and provide the requested features. AstroGuide does not use your content to train its own models; language-model processing is described in the Privacy Policy and AI Disclosure.
What we can't promise
AstroGuide is provided "as is". We make these specific honest disclaimers:
- The app is entertainment, not predictive science.
- It is not a substitute for medical, mental-health, financial, or legal advice. Please talk to a real human professional for those.
- We don't guarantee the app will be available without interruption, or free of bugs.
- We are not liable for decisions made on the basis of a chart, forecast, or tarot reading. See Disclaimer.
Endings
You can end this agreement at any time by deleting the app and your account. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, or a material violation of these terms. Deleting an account does not cancel an active Google Play subscription.
If AstroGuide is discontinued, we will follow applicable notice, access, and refund obligations. Local journal data can be reviewed in the app while the service is available; no general server-data export feature is currently offered.
Governing law
The developer is Aurelia Labs LLC, 30 N Gould St, Sheridan, WY 82801-6317, United States. Applicable law and mandatory consumer protections continue to apply based on your location. You may contact us through the support form first, but doing so does not limit any right or remedy available to you.
Updated when needed. We'll show the new effective date here and ask for fresh consent if changes are material.
